Michele company was established in 1984 and began distributing directly to supermarkets, food stores, and restaurants. However, the origin of Michele Foods dates back to the early 1900's when my great-grandmother created a recipe as an alternative to the limited types of syrups that were then available. The recipe, known today as Honey Crème, has been a family tradition for over four generations at family breakfasts and brunches. It was my desire to share this family delicacy with the broader market. To enhance the manufacturing process, Michele Foods just recently purchased a manufacuting plant located in Cincinnati, Ohio. However, by far, Michele is most excited about completing her new book "Sweet Expectations" now available for purchase.
